I always have great care. From reception through to Paul my dentist. who really makes me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I have had in the pass. Always been at this practice since I was a baby. Would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Fantastic. My son was extremely distressed over a tooth. I called and spoke to Helen who was calm and as she was unable to slot us in, agreed to allow me to send photos of the issue to show Giovanni and to call back. She listened and guided me to calm my son, who is neurodivergent. Helen kept in touch with me, updating me and I could tell she really cared and wanted to help. Thank you so much Helen.

I am very disappointed by the standard of care and attention, particularly the standard of the fitting of dental plates right from the start, recently I was told that my gums had shrunk, but the bottom plate did not fit from the very beginning, when adapted it cut into my lower lip and caused an infection and I have not be able to wear it without discomfort even though the dentist tried to adapt it. My upper set has parts of the plate with sharp or pointed edges which creates great difficulty and pain when eating. The right side of this plate has a large gap between my plate and gum where my little finger can fit, when I try to chew this causes get pain and embarrassment when the sandwich or other food becomes stuck there, or even pulls my plate out, I wear a gel to keep them located even that struggles to cope with them.

My experience was the best! Had a thorough check up with x rays and photos…very professional work! Highly recommended!
