Comments in comparison to other hospitals in London - Need dressing gowns or a second gown to preserve modesty to walk down to theatre. Not available in the room and not offered. - Room too cold, needed heater on - Food average/poor. Strange to be told I was limited to how many items I could order from each section. - staff kind and friendly

The care at this hospital is amazing, I felt so cared for on my overnight stay, food & service was faultless, the only thing I could complain about was the 2 nurses in recovery after my surgery, they were not very friendly at all.
