I find Dr Pericleous to be friendly and kind when first meeting, and then very good at explaining what is going on medically so that I can make sensible choices about my treatment and care when needed.

Dr majumdar made me feel like I mattered and wanted to help me. He is very caring and professional and will try his hardest to help. Mr Veeramootoo has been very helpful from the time of my diagnosis to date. He examined and explained the condition and the options available to me. Although I was scared of the procedure, he did not rush me but ensured I was mentally ready before proceeding. I am very grateful for the service received and for his kindness and support.

Dr Kumar is an excellent surgeon. He explains complex details of the treatment in a simple and understandable manner. He is patient and answers all questions clearly. He discusses the potential risks and mitigation before surgery and ensures one is at ease before the surgery. His post operative care is excellent and I felt reassured that I was in a very safe pair of hands.

My overall experience with Dr Patel was great and would definitely see him again. He made sure I felt listened to and explored multiple options of what my problem could be. He also made me feel as though I was valued as a patient which a lot of public health care facilities lack.

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Everything was explained very clearly to me and any questions I had were always answered. I feel extremely lucky to have had Mr Thakur as my consultant, I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a nicer consultant and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
