From my initial consultation with Mr. Palan to my discharge I felt confident in his ability to complete my surgery safely. He presented as knowledgeable describing all aspects of the process not just in terms of the surgery but also what could and would be achieved in the future once I had healed. From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away.
