Excellent experience. Consultant was patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Only issue it would have been useful to be given an indication how long one has to wait for test appointments.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
