Very positive experience overall. Ward staff and physios were caring, organised and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and looked after. I think that the outpatients booking could be better, for example cancelling appointments when you have taken off work but the staff there are lovely. The food isn’t great, falling short of other private hospitals I have been to as in patient but again the staff were very nice Overall a positive experience
