I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism from all the staff. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and looked after. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and the staff are so kind and friendly. The whole experience from booking appointments to the actual treatment has been seamless and stress free. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about their patients and I’m very grateful for their support.

Very positive experience overall. Ward staff and physios were caring, organised and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and looked after. I think that the outpatients booking could be better, for example cancelling appointments when you have taken off work but the staff there are lovely. The food isn’t great, falling short of other private hospitals I have been to as in patient but again the staff were very nice Overall a positive experience
