Dr Broughton is very nice and made the kids feel comfortable from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything well. He answered all of our questions and concerns and did not rush the appointment.

Dr Schmidt is extremely professional yet very approachable, caring and patient. I would highly recommend her.

After being referred to see Dr Bailey following ongoing health problems I was very nervous to share my situation with a new person. After explaining everything Dr Bailey was kind, compassionate, and extremely professional. She discussed a potential solution which I agreed to try, it’s worked really well and after a long time I’m finally feeling like myself again. I couldn’t recommend Dr Bailey enough.

Dr Cheentan Singh has always been amazing he’s one of our best doctor that makes me feel comfortable and always reassures me. No matter what the problem is he is always done the done by reassuring, not worrying about next apt for follow up because his already comforted you. I have 3 children and I’m so lucky I’ve seen Dr cheetan Singh for 3 of them. Thankyou for everything you have done for us, we really appreciate it🙏🙏 All the best!! X

Excellent dr

Dr Miller is an excellent doctor who made me feel at ease and listened to. I came to him with a really unusual problem that no one so far has been able to help with and he was so knowledgeable and suggested lots of options to explore. I am very grateful and would highly recommend.

Good interaction

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

Dr Gill took great time and care for my consultation. She was very thorough, and I felt she really listened to my concerns.
