Not happy . Terrible. I booked an appointment which was never followed up on and was never confirmed. Therefore I still am having issues with my eye and not seen this consultant even though vitality is showing that I have. Although I have contacted many people at vitality and moor fields, it’s been frustrating as I cannot get an appointment and they keep offering me hospitals out of London . 1 star

This is my second experience of a procedure at Nuffield Health Cheltenham. On both occasions I have been very impressed with the level of care and professionalism from all the staff that I encountered. The facilities are also excellent.

I am delighted with the whole of my experience at the Three Shires Hospital. In my opinion there was no area lacking in any way whatsoever. Nothing caused me stress, discomfort or irritation. To me your whole setup appeared streamlined, friendly and easy to navigate. Communication channels in every area were excellent. Thank you very much for providing me with a first class initial consultation, pre-op and post-op experiences which all helped so much at what could have been a stressful time but certainly was not. Always, I felt 'looked after'.
