Samuel George gave me a successful tendon transfer earlier this year. Prior to my operation he made me feel at ease and explained the whole procedure to me in full detail. Post operation his care has been exceptional, any questions or worries have been answered for me. He gives me regular follow up appointments, he checks everything is ok and makes sure he answers any questions I have. He often has staff who are training in his appointments and I have noticed how he explains every single detail to them and again he answers every question for them. He shows care everytime I have an appointment. He has such a friendly personality, he is a credit to the Queen Elizabeth hospital and I would request for him for any further operations needed.

It is a year since my surgery, the only negative comment I can make is that I am sorry I did not go through with surgery sooner. I had researched the procedure for 3 years before making my decision. I thought if I could lose more weight my breasts would reduce, in fact they just grew larger. I also suffered with neck and back pain, more so over the past 5 years. Once I had found a surgeon, I thought I would be comfortable with, I made an appointment Ms Zweifel. From the first consultation I was confident I was doing the right thing for myself. I was not worried about the surgery, more so if it the result did not meet my expectations. I was also overthinking the procedure being classed as cosmetic surgery. After discussing this with Ms Zweifel I was reassured that the surgery would help with my posture, back pain and even more important my self-esteem, no longer embarrassed about the size of my breast. After Surgery I felt well, I spent 1 night in hospital. Once the drains were removed, I was allowed home. I took 2 weeks off work to rest and make sure my wounds could heel. I had an allergic reaction to the wound tape (glue) I was given antibiotics and had the tape removed as an outpatient. (This is an uncommon side effect) My wounds heeled quickly after this, after 6 months I started to wear non wired bras again fitted by Marks and Spencer. My Scars are amazing, the underneath scar you can-not see. The line going up towards the nipple is noticeable but very neat. My nipples were not affected in the slightest, I have sensation, smaller areolas pert and no viable scars!! My breast are symmetrical, I have reduced by 3 cup sizes. The results are perfect for my frame. Only last week I had my photo taken on a night out, in the past I would recoil at the size of my breasts in the picture, this time I commented on how good I looked I love that I can see me now and not my oversized breast. I would recommend Ms Zweifel to anyone considering this procedure, all cots are explained, not hidden charges. I paid one price which covered outpatient appointments when I had the allergic reaction, and as many consultations afterwards until discharged. Ms Zweifel is knowledgeable, reassuring, non-judgemental and an expert surgeon. I want to pass on my gratitude once again for giving me a new lease of life

From the moment I met with Mr Lawton he made me feel very at ease. He explained everything in easy to understand language. Mr Lawton saw me in hospital every day during my stay and made sure everything was going to plan. Mr Lawton is a great consultant and I would recommend him to anyone.

After speaking to multiple surgeons, I was immediately sure I wanted Mr Yapa to perform my surgery. He took more time to understand exactly what I wanted, he explained everything very clearly, and he made me feel so comfortable and reassured that I went into the surgery with almost no nerves. He was really supportive post-op, responding quickly to any questions or worries I had. The outcome was better than I could have imagined, and I’m so grateful to him for the result. I feel so much more confident about my appearance, he has changed my life!

Mr Emam is my consultant i choose to proceed with and his relaxed and calming manner made my decision much easier to have surgery.
