I would strongly recommend Mr Kallis, as he is a great listener who truly cares for the wellbeing of his patients. He identifies and defines the main cause of his patient’s symptoms, the aetiology. He has excellent communication skills and sees the big picture and uses his knowledge to provide excellent care, he is open to explore innovative solution with his patients.

I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr Pericleous. He is an ultimate professional who practices with cutting edge knowledge, research and demonstrated continous care and compassion towards me. Dr Pericleous explained my condition clearly and outlined my treatment options. Dr Pericleous has an exemplary bedside manner always including my concerns and questions as part of his care plan. I feel such trust being under the care of Dr Pericleous he always completed every step of my care leaving no stone unturned even taking the time to keep me updated personally. I can not recommend Dr Pericleous highly enough and I feel privledge to be under his care. Thank you for all your kindness, care and professionalism.

Professor Kocher is an exceptional surgeon. He discussed all prior to my Op with him and post Op was very thorough and helpful.

I could not recommend Professor Frampton more highly. I first saw Professor Frampton after having spent a week in hospital with severe cholecystitis; he very quickly ordered all of the appropriate scans and was extremely clear in explaining what the precise issue was and ultimately recommended that I have my gallbladder removed. In advance of the surgery Professor Frampton very much put me at ease, he explained the procedure in detail and ran through the possible complications, and I felt like I had all of the information I needed. Professor Frampton was extremely contactable when questions arose. The surgery itself (robotic cholecystectomy) was longer than anticipated due to the level of inflammation in the gallbladder and the presence of gangrene. Despite the complications, Professor Frampton was able to remove the gallbladder without issue and without any side effects. Following the operation Professor Frampton checked up on me regularly, both immediately after the procedure, the next morning, and then a couple of days later by telephone. He was very clear in terms of how to manage my recovery, which put me at ease and I was back on my feet less than two weeks after the operation. Overall, despite the nature of the issue, I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received from start to finish. Professor Frampton's PA, Sarah, is also brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and contactable.

Dr Owczarczyk was very personable, knowledgeable and showed empathy. She listened carefully and clearly explained the various treatment options and risks I needed to consider. Also taking time to address the questions I asked which helped put my mind at ease.

My experience with Dr. Al-Joudeh was great. I have seen many Bupa doctors, and most of them just waste time. However, Dr. Al-Joudeh was different. He looked after me and was straight to the point. He took the time to listen to me and explained in detail what was causing my health issues and what I should do going forward.
