Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

I haven't been into a building but the one staff member I have dealt with in billing has been great!

Very helpful advice from dietitian, has really helped me with IBS & gut issues. For that reason I would definitely recommend the Gut Health Clinic. Take notes at appointment as you are given advice to immediately act on, but follow up letter is sent 7-8 days after appointment. So, you don’t want to wait around for a week without acting on advice. Booking an appointment and invoices are sent immediately and promptly. If you email with a question for help with your programme, be prepared as it may take 2-3 weeks to get a reply. They are very busy and see lots of people. It may be a good idea to summarise in each follow up meeting, to remind dietician of what you have agreed and where you are with everything. All in all a positive experience, the information, guidance and support I have received from my dietitian has been excellent.

The team have been amazing especially the nursing team who have supported myself emotional and with the quick response when I have had any questions.
