Kind & warm & painless procedure

Brisk but friendly. Procedure was successful and Mr Murthy explained with aid of before and after imagery, from the procedure, how the meniscus of my knee had been repaired.

The reception team were super friendly upon arrival. Mr Putti was professional but friendly and approachable. Everything was explained to me and my agreement was sought before any treatment or physical exam was carried out. The whole experience and ambiance was just relaxing and welcoming.
