Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Dr Dudeja is a kind, considerate and knowledgeable doctor who has gone above and beyond in her care and treatment for me as her patient. She has been swift in arranging appointments and writing doctor's notes as well as being a source of support and expertise. She is an effective communicator of complex ideas and speaks in an understanding and empathetic tone.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
