Efficient and professional

Very clean hospital, polite staff, good standard of meals served. I’ve been dealt with without any unnecessary delays.

I have visited the Manor on a number of occasions and, as always, everything was superb.

Wait time at reception was poor, with no explanation of +30 min wait at times.

An exceptional experience from booking in at reception friendly and helpful receptionist to the discharge . Everybody was so thoughtful and caring the operation was a success and the consultant Michael Roberts called to check all was ok.

Clementine Churchill hospital staff are kind and helpful in my experience. The waiting area is looking a bit tired and drinks facilities could probably do with some updating.
