Giulia is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is an expert in her field. And a very warm individual. Osteopathy treatment brought me an immense relief. My shoulders, neck and hips were very tight and I had a lot of tension accumulated over the years. The discomfort was pinpointed by Giulia. The relief was immediate, it felt absolutely wonderful. It took a few sessions of osteopathy and associated remedial massage, to feel the full transformation. It promoted better posture and better sleep. I would highly recommend Giulia to everyone. I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with).
