I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.

Mr Lee is clearly an outstanding spinal surgeon. I'm now at 6 weeks after my two-stage operations in April 2024 (decompression, correction of degenerative scoliosis and L2 to L5 fusion). I'm already much more mobile and independent than I thought I would be. None of the major risks that I feared from spinal surgery happened and the pre-op pains and cramps in my lower back and legs have disappeared. It's early days in my recuperation but, so far, I rate the surgery as a complete success. I cannot praise Mr Lee highly enough.

I felt unheard and rushed throughout my initial consultation - Mr Shafafy was cold, and dismissive of issues I felt were relevant. I had the same experience during a follow up appointment and left feeling like i had wasted his time, when i had come to see him about an issue i was very concerned about.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.

I was diagnosed with a meningioma and asked for a referral to Mr Dorward after careful research. I was very impressed with both the expertise and care he showed in explaining my options. I had an operation to remove the tumour and have been delighted with the result and would gladly recommend him to anyone else in the same position.

Mr. Garcia Casas was extremely kind and helpful. I felt very grateful to have had time with him.

Superb, I'm really pleased with my treatment. I had a pinched nerve which radiated pain down my right arm to my fingertips all day, every day. Dr Reynolds saw me & I was sent to have scans & tests. When the results came back, they confirmed a pinched nerve, along with significant degenerative changes occurring in one particular area of my neck. Dr Reynolds then requested a nerve block to see if that could alleviate the pain, which it did, but ultimately, I needed surgery. I had a complete understanding of why I was having surgery, what was the preferred approach was the (also, what plan b might be) and what the chances of success were. I find Dr Reynolds very professional but personable as well to make sure I understood some of the jargon. The operation was a success, in my opinion, & I am incredibly thankful to Dr Reynolds for the fantastic experience so far.

He was precise, easy to understand, for me as a non medically trained person, he had a good manner, was polite and caring.
