Overall experience using this hospital has been fantastic all round - friendly and personable staff, great food, clean surroundings and accommodation was top notch.

The staff forgot to book me in for a covid test prior to surgery so one had to be rushed through after I called to inquire, adding stress to an already anxious situation. The nurses however were amazing.

Feel sorry for how overwhelmed reception staff can be as it gets quite busy, but staff are usually very friendly and helpful despite this
