Everything was OK. Wait time a little longer than expected. Irritating having to get a ticket for parking the car before returning to the reception area. Receptionists pleasant but continually dealing with clients. Little time to make enquiries.

Efficient and professional

Attending the BMI Kings Oak Hospital is convenient, but sadly over the years I have seen a decline in cleanliness and service from some members of staff, but not the consultant I was due to see. That was still of high quality.
