I was very well looked after

I needed a handicap toilet downstairs and the nurses couldn’t find one with a grab handle nearish to the ultrasound area. I had to grab onto the wash basin as I was on crutches at the time.

I found BMI Runnymede comfortable and friendly, with a lot of attention from the nursing staff.

There were the two most amazing ladies looking after me, I really hope someone gives them a pay rise as they went above and beyond to look after me.

Exemplary care. Compassionate nursing and a special mention to the wonderful James who cares for me through the night.

Signposting could be clearer. On arrival, reception team could have provided a ‘warmer’ check in

Everything was great apart from the food. That was awful!
