Excellent explanations of my condition, fully explained the procedure of my surgery, the afternoon care and recovery period. Couldn’t fault anything. My whole experience including all the staff who I have seen and assisted me at the hospital have been excellent! Very very impressed. Huge thank you to all the staff

A bright cheerful entrance to the hospital staffed by friendly members of staff that are there to help. Clean and comfortable waiting areas with not only refreshments available but also today’s newspaper or the television to watch although my experience was never having to wait long enough to finish my coffee or read the paper. I was called and met by my doctor Mr Yanni for my appointment. I felt that I mattered to all the staff rather than just another patient.

I have been to quite a few hospitals in my time and this one outshines them all by far. I was surprised and extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. Every single person who dealt with me couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, from the lady who brought me my lunch to the nurse who held my hand during my procedure. The hospital organisation was amazing from initial appointments, confirmation paperwork, my stay and follow up; it all went to plan with nothing being missed. The hospital it'self is new and clean with excellent facilities. I shall be returning for a further procedure shortly. 10/10!
