Having been in Kim’s on a previous occasion, I knew what to expect. The COVID precautions were carried out without fuss and certainly didn’t put me off. Friendly staff met me on arrival, care and helpful. Clean and comfortable environment. Can only say good things and would recommend to anyone.

Great overall experience; registration on arrival a bit hit and miss with respect to timeliness.

Prof Singh , was fantastic explained everything thoroughly,his bedside manner was warm and friendly! Only one criticism was after op no lunch was available but I assume this is due to Covid
