The care I received from most of staff was caring. When i first arrived however the organisation was chaotic. Carla, support staff was a constant source of help - she was the difference between me staying or leaving at times. Steven, support staff was also a great member of staff. I would not recommend Liberty House to another person for treatment for addiction, though, as the facilities are poor and not value for money. I often felt the staff were stretched for time, and care not consistant, depending on staff on. The lack of Doctor on sight was a shock, and often delays in contacting him by email, distressing. There was no psychiatric personnel here on sight either. I feel the online facilities advertised were not accurate as many activities not actually given.

Very positive experience, without doubt this clinic has saved my life. The staff here have then given me an opportunity to go and make my life better, enjoyable and full of possibilities. My counsellor, Jeanette, with always hold a special place in my heart for all of her dedication, knowledge and empathy. The other counsellors Cos and Jade have also been brilliant. Gosia and the support staff have also been brilliant, run a operation with limited staff. Only complaints would be the facilities are meh, NO GYM AND NOT ALLOWED ANY EQUIPMENT, and the house needs more staff

I have had a good stay at Liberty House Clinic and enjoyed immensely the company of other fellows.

My time at Liberty House was very satisfactory, staff were approachable and helpful The therapy was fantastic , my therapist Jeanette was absolutely brilliant Food excellent 😃

The councillors here are first class & put so much time into working a tailored plan for you to detox, recover & stay clean.

I have mixed feelings on my time overall at Liberty House. The support staff, therapists and chefs were outstanding and i felt fully supported in that respect, however i do not feel the facilities and management were up to standard, and i don't think it was worth the money that it costed to come here.

The counselling has been outstanding. I have learnt so much here and feel much better equipped in my recovery. The support staff are absolutely wonderful; super approachable, warm, and understanding. However, at times, I have felt misunderstood and wounded. I am also not keen on the management, in fact it very much concerns me, and feel that the advertising for Liberty house (regarding facilities) is extremely misleading.

Amazing spiritual journey and amazing staff

My treatment at Liberty House has been excellent. I am very pleased with my intervention treatment and therapy. There was excellent care and appropriate care was put in place this included individual counselling and group work. Furthermore, art therapy, music therapy, yoga, sound therapy, meditation, workshop have helped my alcohol addiction and personal growth. I can thoroughly recommend treatment and care at Liberty House with its holistic approach.
