Rather a long time between arrival/preparation and procedure.

The staff on the Sainsbury wing were very caring. My room was quiet and clean. It could be improved by having better air conditioning as it was exceptionally warm during my stay.

The ward itself is fine Access to and from the ward can be improved. The steps into ward without facility for less abled people needs to be improved

Prompt and friendly service Very attentive and helpful staff

Staff friendly and efficient.. Disappointed with the room, insufficient fresh air. Bathroom doors only swing doors that sometimes failed to stay closed, When a person cannot stand to wash the mirror is too high.
