The attendants at this hospital were very warm and efficient. There were equally caring and attentive to my needs and enquiries.

Everyone from the reception staff to the clinical staff were very friendly. I was seen on time and overall experience is always good. However the outpatients dept is very outdated and doesn't look particularly clean. For a private hospital this doesn't make a good first impression.

I have always found the hospital and staff very pleasant.

The staff that I have experienced are always polite and friendly, reception and Out Patients. But I do feel that the hospital could do with a face lift and smarting up a bit, a nicer surrounding is better for the staff and In turn is better for patients.

Actually seen by Dr. Livingstone at other location - Spire Bushey Diagnostic; Booking in for first appointments of the day has been slow due to 1st floor reception desk not being manned at this time, so much longer queues in ground floor reception are the norm
