Friendly staff Very clean and well kept room

The customary excellent care is not as good as it was prior to Covid which I suspect is caused by an influx of non fee paying NHS patients overloading the system. However, this is a comment, not a complaint.

I got an appointment on the same date which was very impressive. When I arrived, I had to wait longer than expected but taking into account that I got the appointment for the same date I didn't mind.
