visited the hospital for an outpatient appointment and was very pleased with the overall service I received-from being greeted by security staff to the reception staff; all were very nicely presented and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I felt at ease during an anxious time. The surroundings were clean and pleasant. My consultant was wonderful. I felt comfortable throughout my appointment and everything was explained thoroughly to me so I felt that I wasn't being rushed in and out. I would most certainly recommend this hospital to my family and friends.
