I found Mr Yagan charming and assuring. He explained my progress and what I could expect in the future. He said we would write to my GP to have me put back into the NHS system for my on going problems, which he has done. He has discharged me from his care but noted that I could need further treatment in future.

I have been very pleased with Mr Yagan's professionalism. My only criticism would be that I found the administration lacking with confused dates and misunderstandings.

Small procedure to remove tags on my lower eye line. Mr Yagan and his team were very caring and even offered me a hand to grip. However even the injection wasn’t that bad and once that was done I didn’t feel a thing. Very good experience.

Mr Yagan is kind and empathetic. He listens to concerns without a trace of scepticism, however odd they may be! His advice is invaluable and his report of the consultation in his letters to the GP are pertinent. Any patient of Mr Yagan is extremely fortunate and I have the utmost confidence in him.

Mr Yagan explained everything in a logical clear manner. He laid out all the options to allow the patient to proceed. A true gentleman.
