Dr Mahto left me waiting, then rushed the appointment. Cutting me off at least once and generally quite dismissive. Follow up letter contained errors. This annoyed me as I had just dropped over a week's wages on her desk for an hour ofbher time.
We are sorry the consultation did not meet expectations. Please do contact us to discuss anything further and the opportunity to reflect and provide any more feedback
