I first met with Dr Cole in April 2021, following my first episode of fast Afib in March 2021. I found Dr Cole to be highly professional, empathetic and reassuring. After my first consultation with Dr Cole, a follow-up appointment was arranged to discuss the results of a 24-hour Holter monitor. This follow-up appointment was scheduled to take placed the following week. However, as I was distraught and fearing the worst concerning my heart health, Dr Cole telephoned me whilst he was on holiday, to reassure me all was well regarding the Holter results. I found it immensely kind of Dr Cole to telephone me during his time off, just to reassure me all was well, and to alleviate my stress, fear and anxiety. I would highly recommend Dr Cole.

Dr Cole put me at ease as I suffer with claustrophobia. He did a fantastic job of getting me through the MRI scanner. I am very grateful to him. He took the time to speak to me over the phone in advance and then spent some time settling me down and getting me through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
