Good service

When I encountered serious heart problems in early 2019 I contacted Dr Cole. Since then I have found his guidance, explanations, attention to detail and most important of all his treatment to be unsurpassable.

The best doctor I had ever encountered, and I had encountered many, as a patient and an ex-medical (cardio-thoracic) secretary. Dr Cole explained my condition and results fully and patiently. Unlike most doctors, in the NHS or private practice, he did not rush my consultation, nor did he appear as if he wanted to be elsewhere, or to usher in the next patient. He answered emails personally and promptly, which is very rare. Dr Cole engaged in a discussion about my care, taking into consideration my thoughts and feelings; he did not force any issues but explained all the pros and cons, guiding me through the process with his expert medical knowledge/recommendations. An excellent doctor who I am happy to recommend, and indeed, do recommend. His level of care and dedication to his patients is an example to all healthcare professionals.

Dr Cole has a kind and very empathetic manner. He listened to me as an individual and took my wishes into account. He explained things very clearly, he put them in perspective and he reassured me. He was very thoughtful of my welfare. He rang me up to give me test results before I went on holiday, so I didn't have to worry while I was away. He attended my MRI scans to reassure me - one of the radiology team told me that this is rare and that I was lucky to have Dr Cole! I do feel lucky to have had Dr Cole as my doctor for this investigation.
