I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Patki. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood all my options regarding surgery or embolization. His expertise and guidance led me to the best possible solution. Dr. Patki dedicated ample time to carefully review my MRI and CT scan, providing a comprehensive evaluation. I must also commend his secretary, Gauri, whose exceptional assistance and support added to the overall positive experience. Mr Patki, is welcoming and straight forward, which I appreciate very much. He gives clear information and answers questions in a very clear manner. He is also good at drawing helpful diagrams. I had my ureter and kidney removed by keyhole surgery which was very effective and 5 weeks on my recovery is going very well.

I was very happy with my various consultations with Mr Patki whose explanation of the reasons for my symptoms and investigation plan were very clear and concise. The procedure went smoothly. Mr Patki's admin support team was very responsive and immediate in coming back on any queries I had. Mr Patki was friendly and welcoming. Most importantly he was not patronising and answered all questions , however basic.
