Tim was excellent. He was booked up a month in advance but his secretary Anne kindly managed to find a spot for me. He explained why conservative treatment for my ruptured Achilles may work but was not advisable given my level of physical activity and recommended surgery. He explained everything to me beforehand and made me feel completely at ease. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Mr Clough provided a clear and understandable explanation of my condition and the treatment options available to me. We discussed the strategy going forward and I felt like I had a genuine part in the decision making process. Excellent.

Mr Clough listened intently to my problem and quicky came up with a few options of what might be causing the issue. He was very thorough and arranged for an MRI and bloods to be done. I had answers, a plan for recovery and further investigation into the root of the problem within a couple of weeks.
