I cannot recommend Richard enough. He was so incredibly helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Richard went the extra mile for me, recommending further tests just to be 100% assured of my results. He was always so pleasant and informative in reviewing my results and sharing the info with me. He explained everything in an incredibly clear and concise manner making it a lot easier for someone like myself with no medical experience to understand. He was extremely punctual, I was never kept waiting around or unsure of anything. Absolutely brilliant to deal with.
