I cannot recommend Dr. Kumar highly enough. From my first consultation through to the day of my surgery, she consistently demonstrated kindness, compassion, and professionalism. What stood out most was her gentle and understanding approach, always taking the time to listen and ensuring that my individual needs and concerns were at the centre of every decision. Her patient-centred care is evident in everything she does. She made me feel heard, respected, and fully informed throughout the entire process. On the day of my surgery, I was naturally feeling anxious, but Dr. Kumar took the time to reassure me and made me feel remarkably calm and confident. Her warm manner and genuine care had a huge impact on my experience. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received. Dr. Kumar's expertise, combined with her empathy and dedication to her patients, makes her an exceptional doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled surgeon who truly puts their patients first.

Mrs Kumar was very good with my son who is Neurodiverse, usually he struggle to have an intervention. She was patient, empathetic and took her time and my son cooperated due ro her approach. We have met other ENT consultants in the past, but Mrs Kumar is excellent, not just being a doctor but her communication skills to family like me with a child that is Neurodiverse and language disorder. Thank you Kumar
