Couple of points. I feel if you are paying for a top service, I would invest in painting doors and stairs, upstairs...its looking tacky !!! Dimitri door not been painted in 15 years !!! Try to look after the product which is the building... Maybe lines in the car park and a space on the left hand side so people can know where to park??? Makes the process easy and also you are having older people like me needing to park !!! we are all getting old !!1 lolol Reception is alot better and the email commication is first class even calling me as well with a late appt she found. So that has moved forward as well... I think listening to 2 mins of sales speak on the phone beofre you get to speak to someone...maybe think where to sell and where not to sell to people !!1 Also a call back system would be amazing, then you donot have to wait as well...good for older people etc etc. Personally the next phase for dentistry is to have on line booking for dimitri, I can book a massage online why not you guys and even a flu jab etcetc.. Would save alot of time and save money less staff !!! sorry... PG

In a word: mixed. Many of the HCA and nursing staff are very good - kind and competent. However, others much less so. What may have been a result of summer staffing during August there were also a very high number of agency staff either working at the setting for the first time or as a one off - their lack of experience, and an apparent failure to provide them with any kind of induction meant patient care suffered with needs - including very basic needs - doing unmet. The therapy team are exceptionally good.. The dietician has a manner and approach to communication and transparency where there is significant scope for improvement. The food is better than average Institutional fare but its not great. New patients are not given enough information on arrival about how things work- processes, rukes and opportunities but this is probably the best place fir inpatient anorexia treatment in London and the South East.

I had a very positive experience with my gastroenterologist Dr Hussenbux. He was extremely thorough throughout my investigations, including my gastroscopy, biopsies and MRCP, and I really appreciated the care he took to check everything properly rather than overlooking the smaller details. What stood out to me was his holistic approach to gut health. He looked at the bigger picture rather than focusing solely on one symptom or test result, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care. He was knowledgeable, attentive and reassuring, and I felt that my concerns were genuinely listened to and taken seriously. I’m very grateful for the time and effort he put into investigating my symptoms thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist who takes a careful, comprehensive and patient-centred approach.

I believe Ménière’s disease is difficult to diagnose. Therefore, I didn’t get a solid diagnosis for anything and I still feel vulnerable especially having been told to cease taking medication (Betahistine). I understand to a degree the consultants logic but I cannot say I’m 100% confident ceasing the medication, especially having had 2 x vertigo attacks while taking the pills (8mg). I felt the conversation was somewhat hurried and found it a little bit difficult to give information that I thought may have been relevant to my condition. I have had many consultations for various ailments and my feedback has always been very positive. Unfortunately, I cannot honestly say the same about this experience. Nothing was offered to me to try to improve my hearing in my right ear.

This is the first time I have been to the Clinic - I was able to book a same day appointment, at a time that was convenient for me. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The GP I saw was very friendly and put me at ease - she examined my back - explained what the issue was and gave me advice as to how I should deal with the issue going forward. A prescription was immediately sent to my phone so I could pick it up straight away. I was very impressed by the whole appointment - it was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I would definitely use the Clinic again.

Every contact I have had with Newmedica at Glen House in Exeter has been a smooth, calm experience. Went to Adrian for an osteopathy treatment because my back had been giving me loads of pain and he sorted it no problem. The treatment included cupping and acupuncture and it honestly made a huge difference. Really nice guy, very kind and caring and made me feel comfortable straight away. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He worked on all the problem areas properly and my back felt so much better afterwards. Proper professional service and I’ll definitely be going back again. Highly recommend.

Even today I had a nice chat with Jess who was back from maternity and she took time out of her busy day to chat to me.
