I honestly don’t know where to start when it comes to leaving a review for Dr Foster. From the moment I met him, I felt completely comfortable and reassured. I had a lot of doubts before my carpal tunnel operation on my right hand. I had done a lot of research and wasn’t sure whether I wanted to go ahead with the procedure. However, after speaking with Dr Foster, he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable that I instantly knew I wanted to go ahead. The whole procedure went really well, and my recovery has been great. I saw Dr Foster again after six weeks, and he was very happy with how everything had healed — and so am I! The scar is just a straight line and is barely noticeable. Dr Foster has also offered to do my other hand, but I’ve decided to wait a few months as the recovery does take some time. He reassured me that if I change my mind and want to have it done sooner, I can simply call and get booked in. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr Foster was professional, reassuring and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering carpal tunnel surgery. Thank you, Dr Foster! After a serious car crash thirty years ago and eleven subsequent operations on my left knee, I presented a battered, arthritic badly deformed joint to Mr Skyrme at the Horder, Crowborough. My idea was to meet three surgeons, then to pick one to take on what I was told was a very difficult procedure with a possible poor outcome. Mr Skyrme examined the knee and x-rays, then methodically detailed how he would complete a full knee replacement and told me he was confident of a good result. I left his office so full of hope and positivity I didn't meet another surgeon. I had a full left knee replacement at the Horder at the end of May 26. Mr Skyrme told me the operation went well and he was pleased with the result, he then recommended the services of Jack Rowe Physiotherapy in Lewes. I was back on the golf course in five weeks, with noticeably more strength and stability through the swing and lack of discomfort walking the course. I have one hundred and thirty degrees of flexion and a really stable knee, which will continue to improve. My whole experience was really positive. Well done to all involved, thank you very much. I had a very positive experience with the whole team. All the staff were extremely kind, caring and supportive throughout my treatment, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. The surgeon was very confident and knowledgeable, and I immediately felt that I was in safe hands. He clearly explained the procedure and gave me confidence in the treatment plan. What I appreciated most was the care after the procedure. He personally called me two weeks later to check how I was doing and to make sure I was recovering well. He took the time to listen to what I had been experiencing and reassured me that everything I was experiencing was normal following the procedure. It is rare to receive such thoughtful follow-up care, and it really made me feel that I was genuinely looked after. I am very grateful to the surgeon and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism and reassurance. I would highly recommend them.

I have been seeing him for the past six years, and he is without doubt the best physiotherapist I have ever had. He has looked after my back and neck through some of the most physically demanding periods of my life, including two pregnancies, while also helping me manage the demands of work and everyday life. His knowledge, skill and ability to understand exactly what my body needs have been exceptional. More than just an excellent physio, he genuinely cares about his patients and always makes you feel completely looked after. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the last six years without him. If you are looking for an exceptional physiotherapist, I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I can only praise Tim Dudderidge for his skill, his support, and his commitment in proposing the very best solutions to me during my prostate cancer journey. He described his proposals clearly, and we were able to arrive at solutions that were agreeable to both of us to resolve the issues I had. In conjunction with Tim my preference was to use focal treatment methods which were targeted to remove the prostate disease recognising tumour size and tumour location. He was able to present in a clear and concise way how he would execute the treatment process, and so far the results have been very positive and the two procedures have been carried out as day cases with rapid post operative recovery. In conclusion I highly recommend Tim to manage anyone's prostate recovery journey.

My appointment was unacceptably cancelled at very short notice and a scripted answer used to explain why - which turned out to be false. At times the practice seemed extremely short staffed and those that worked were under a lot more pressure to take on all the work. I’d have expected much better from a private practice. I expect these things using NHS, not private where I am paying the practice a high sum of money
