My visit was excellent. Nearly all staff were excellent and my treatment was amazing. Mr Sikander explained everything in great detail and made me feel very relaxed. He explained everything about the procedure in great detail and put me at ease, especially understanding my great phobia of being unconscious. The actual procedure was conducted so well that I felt completely at ease, his care was second to none. He let me know in advance that it could be done under just a local anaesthetic. All staff looked after my son, who accompanied me, so well. My only small problem was my fear of anaesthesia returned after speaking to anaesthetist, because he seemed to think that I would have to have the sedative and we could discuss this once on table, because the other 7 people booked in had received it with no problems, unfortunately my fear is I know irrational but is so acute with me I then stressed about it as I didn't want to wait until I was on table, as he suggested and waste everyone's time. But apart from that. He was a very professional man and I am sure he was only following protocol, but didn't quite understand my intense fear, I think he maybe thought I didn't like the needle going in, but this wasn't my fear, I have no fear of needles just going unconscious! But I would like to thank Mr Islander and all the staff involved for their exceptional care.

I recently underwent an extended abdominoplasty with muscle repair under the care of Mr Iqbal, and I couldn’t be happier with both my experience and the results. After losing over 30kg following my pregnancy six years ago, I was left with significant loose skin around my abdomen and a C-section apron fold that no amount of exercise or weight loss could improve. Despite maintaining an active lifestyle and going to the gym regularly, it was something I had struggled with for years. From my initial consultation, Mr Iqbal made me feel comfortable, informed and reassured. He took the time to explain the procedure, what could realistically be achieved, the placement of the scars and what recovery would involve. I particularly appreciated his honest and considered approach. He recommended an extended tummy tuck to achieve a more natural contour without unnecessary liposuction. I’m now three months post-op, and the results have exceeded my expectations. My abdomen looks incredibly natural, my waist is beautifully contoured, and my scars are healing exceptionally well. At my recent follow-up appointment, Mr Iqbal was equally delighted with my progress. I am incredibly grateful to Mr Iqbal for his professionalism, expertise and the care he provided throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering abdominoplasty.

My family have seen both Dr Hannah Casey (me) several times, she is absolutely fantastic, she has got to the bottom of so many things for me when I was getting nowhere with anyone else. She is kind, thoughtful and really knows her stuff. Just brilliant. Will always see her as and when I need to. My husband and son have both seen Dr Eka. He is superb also, such a wonderful manner and again really knows his stuff. My son was squeezed in today even though there were no appointments and he immediately accessed and told us what we needed to do next. He is so caring and honestly wants to help in the best way he possibly can. Both Dr Casey and Dr Eka we feel really care about their patients, you are not just a number or another appointment, they treat you with the time and care necessary at all times. It was a great joy to be seen by Mr John Morley on both occasions. I was immediately put at ease by his welcoming manner and was able to have a great conversation about my condition, ending with him, after examining the movement of my leg, advising me that the hip really was no way at a stage for replacement surgery. This was so good to hear, and why was the NHS consultant I was seen by at The Thatcham West Berkshire Community Hospital not able to tell me this? I was just sent for a four-appointment course of physiotherapy. Albeit helpful for the pain, whereas Mr Morley's diagnosis was to the point, and he advised, after looking at the MRI scan, that it looked like lower spine damage, and as this is not his field, he is putting me in touch with one of his colleagues.

Highly professional care. Mr Raymond was exceptional—he truly understands patients with active lifestyles and was fully invested in getting me back to full sporting activity. The surgery itself was expertly done; I have a very neat scar, limited muscle damage, and my hip already feels completely normal with excellent range of movement. I would honestly describe it as life-changing. The entire process was incredibly streamlined. Appointments were swift and efficient, and while there was a wait to get on the schedule, the wait was absolutely worth it. The aftercare has been excellent, and I've found that prioritizing fitness and exercising is truly key to a good recovery. I highly recommend Mr Raymond and his team.

I was disappointed with the hospital’s organisation and overall experience. Despite completing the forms online in advance, I had to fill them in again on arrival. The waiting time was long, with no explanation or updates. After my consultation, I had to arrange three separate appointments for different tests at three different desks, as there was no centralised system. Most concerningly, I later received a call to confirm the spelling of my surname following a blood test, as the laboratory appeared to have recorded it incorrectly. This was frustrating, especially after repeatedly providing my details and confirming my identity. Overall, the administrative processes felt inefficient and poorly coordinated.

I saw Dr Bhavin Pitamber. I was nervous as I was having an extraction of an old crown and stage one of an implant fitted. I soon felt at ease with Bhavin’s calming demeanor and with dental nurse Barbara talking to me and helping me to stay calm. Bhavin explained to me everything that he was doing which helped me. I also liked the jazz music he played which helped me to relax I felt safe and had full trust in Bhavin throughout the appointment. The aftercare is also excellent. Bhavin kept checking to make sure I was feeling ok or if I needed a break. The surgery went well and I’m very happy with how the appointments went. I was offered an appointment very quickly and saw Miss Jane Olver who took time to explain what is needed and the implications for recovery. Having been nervous about surgery on my eyelids, I then felt reassured and plan to go ahead. As explained on the website, there are quite a lot of stairs involved as the waiting room is on the second floor so this would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.
