Highly professional doctors and staff, amazing patient experience.

My poor eyesight started last 2015 and my eye grade keep changing Every year due too my line of work. Being an Accountant with poor eyesight was quite a struggle even though we have eyeglasses to wear. Aside from that, living in Gulf country with high humidity is tough too wear glasses too. Until finally, I have seen one of my friends did an eye surgery here in Lerc and it was all good. So, I have decided to take the risk and did my eye Lasik last Nov. 2021. By GOD'S Grace I got back my 20/20 vision again after 10mins. Thank you to Doc. Ahmed Sawaf and your team for being an instrument to my eyeglasses free life.

Good overall

Overall, my experience at Prime Medical Center Mizhar was good, but I found that the staff did not effectively communicate the process of getting a token for all services, which needs improvement for better patient experience. Thank you

The moment you enter the clinic one gets a feeling that you are 10% already cured. Every staff are extremely courteous and makes you feel at home. Please keep it up.

Overall whats good except for the wait time from entering to the final checkup more than 40 minutes is bit long.

Very bad They take a swap for my daughter they said the results will come out in an hour I am done at 12pm now it's 6:30 they sent nothing I called them 6 times asking about the results i just want to know if my daughter have to take antibiotics or no They keep saying we will come back to you we will send an email and nothing happens Last time I called they kept me waiting online for more than 10 minutes then I hang out You know what I don't want this result and it will be me first and last visit I will never recommend Thank you
