Very friendly and informative

Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.

The team is just amazing. From the reception, administrators, healthcare professionals (throughout appointments, surgery and post surgery care) that I interacted with, nothing but smiles, kindness, warmness and helping nature. You made one of the most significant and difficult times of my life the most comfortable. Thank you so much!

Staff very helpful and friendly

My experience at the hospital was good, the commute to the hospital was easy, the staff were nice to me and provided helpful explanations.

Been a few times, staff is always very friendly, nurses are lovely and always extremely helpful. Doctors are great, very supportive and understanding. Overall great environment for getting support.
