When I visited Mr. Cavale's office for a breast reduction consultation, I immediately felt at ease by his genuine care and attention to detail. Throughout our discussion, he patiently listened to my concerns, provided thorough explanations, and ensured I felt comfortable. Importantly, he also gave me realistic expectations about the potential outcome of the procedure. His expertise was evident, leaving me feeling confident about the process. Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. After a 15 min mini phone consultation I knew he was who I wanted to do my procedure, I then had my face to face consultation in which he showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the end result would hopefully look like. I've had my dressings removed today and I cant keep the smile off my face. This has been something I've wanted done for a long time and going with Andrew and his team at TSS was the best decision I definitely made. Zoe is incredibly reassuring and I would recommend a visit to her to anyone with any concerns. She has such a lovely manner and really involved me in her investigations. I particularly like her well rounded approach to healthcare as she discussed more than just her particular area and has referred me onto another specialist too.

Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal.
