My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the hospital was spotless. I saw Professor Levy on a private basis and he was very informative and kind. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it based on my experience.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.
