The whole experience, although frightening as I was anxious because of the recall, was highly professional and both the consultant and nurse practitioner put me at ease and answered all of my questions fully. I could not fault the process at all. It was quick with an instant result that put my mind at ease and stopped my anxiety.

Mr Sarakbi was very understanding and patient from start to finish. He listened carefully to my concerns, I was having breast implant replacement due to the age of my existing implants. I didn't want to change anything really, but had some concerns about rippling. Mr Sarakbi recommended a great set of implants that were like for like, and I was very happy with. He explained carefully about the risks involved - some I knew about, some I didn't. He gave me a lot of information to read. On the day I was nervous, but his whole team were really supportive and pleasant, especially Tina his assistant breast specialist nurse. I'm very happy with the outcome and definitely recommend him.

From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. I have previously seem Mr Johnson and have found him on every occasion to be excellent extremely professional , a great listener , with good inter personnel skills . He is calm , thorough in his questioning and examination always giving a clear diagnosis and feed back .
