I am so pleased with the results of my recent breast augmentation with Mr Kasem. He went above and beyond to listen to exactly what my goals were and gave amazing advice and guidance. Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. After a 15 min mini phone consultation I knew he was who I wanted to do my procedure, I then had my face to face consultation in which he showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the end result would hopefully look like. I've had my dressings removed today and I cant keep the smile off my face. This has been something I've wanted done for a long time and going with Andrew and his team at TSS was the best decision I definitely made. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.

I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was shown before and after photos of patients who had the same procedure that I was contemplating. I left the consultation feeling confident on what could be achieved. I am almost 1-year post surgery (breast reduction & lift) and I am delighted with the results. My sister accompanied me on the consultations and post-op checks and suffice is to say that when she decided she was ready for some self-improvement she also went to Miss Hunter and she too had a great experience and result.
