Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Welcoming on arrival and efficient

Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Rooms very basic, 70s style, and could do with updating.

SCPH generally was very clean, well presented and created the impression of a friendly, caring atmosphere. My room was comfortable with all en-suite facilities I could wish for. A sole minor downside about the hospital is the lack of adequate car parking

It was very good

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either
