He has been very approachable and attentive, explained the process and also kept in touch throughout the process

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Throughout the cycle, Dr. Jones was consistently attentive and supportive. He reviewed every scan and updated me with my progress at every step. The level of personalized care I received was outstanding; I always felt like a priority. I recommend Dr Jones wholeheartedly and will be back to see him again for another cycle over the Summer!
