Friendly staff

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

It felt good to have someone take the time to listen and get to know me.

I was diagnosed and treated in a short time frame. All staff has shown much empathy which is what I needed. It also felt that everyone around me had high levels of skills and I benefited from their expertise.

From start to finish I felt at ease , I went in for the snip and before I know it I'm out again, staff are very welcoming and friendly which very much helped, would recommend 10/10 would get snipped again

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.
