Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

This period is a haze. I put my trust in Mr Gosh by choice. If in a few years time I have to go through again I will be asking for Mr Gosh to be my surgeon.

I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.

Mr Basu was kind and informative from the first consultation to the last post op appointment. The whole experience was made as good as it possibly could be and I am extremely grateful to him for all aspects of the treatment. In addition the scar is minimal and having now completed radiotherapy I'm starting to feel back to normal at last.

I was privileged to have three major surgeries with Ms Varghese. Each one she explained the process which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Time was taken to explain my options so I could choose, this was vital to making me feel more in control and confident. She is friendly, thorough and experienced. I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was shown before and after photos of patients who had the same procedure that I was contemplating. I left the consultation feeling confident on what could be achieved. I am almost 1-year post surgery (breast reduction & lift) and I am delighted with the results. My sister accompanied me on the consultations and post-op checks and suffice is to say that when she decided she was ready for some self-improvement she also went to Miss Hunter and she too had a great experience and result.
