Welcomed, treated and cared for in a completely Professional and positive environment. Having your own private room and a nursing team that are not overwhelmed with too many patients provides a calm and less stressful atmosphere to aid recovery. Good food, good cleanliness, great care - first rate!

Extremely caring and diligent doctor

Overall a positive experience but I saw a spider hanging in the children section on the waiting area and also a little insect/bug on the floor. I liked that there was a section where to make a coffe while waiting and also the fish tank.

I have experience of several private hospitals My impression of KIMS is that it is well organised and that everybody is kind and considerate There is someone ready to direct you to wher you need to go on the way in to check if you are ok if uou look lost. They slso step in on the booking in desk if there is a delay. Someone is always happy to help and everyone seems happy

The therapy has been amazing. I have felt as though I was always learning something new.
