I had chronic loss of smell and taste/flavour for over 3 months. I entered into the first meeting with Alam with trepidation and low expectation of anything improving. How wrong I was. Importantly, Alam firstly put me at ease with assurances that we'd get to the root cause and work out a plan of action. He diagnosed me quickly and delivered his diagnosis with confidence and assurance whilst keeping conversation light and in a way I could understand exactly what was going on. I could not have found a better doctor. Energetic, kind and considerate. He does work long hours though so expect out of office hours meetings at unusual times but a small price to pay for the supreme service.

My experience with Mr Elhassan has been very positive. Mr Elhassan is an no-nonsense surgeon, always clear and to the point in his communication. More importantly he did a great job with my sinus surgery, which was not completely standard as I had an osteoma (abnormal bone growth).
