She seems very versed in both Ehlers Danlos and the related ailments and illnesses. In fact, it was a stroke of luck that I had my visit with her, as she picked up on the fact that a supplement my digestive doctor had prescribed was doing more harm than good in my particular case; neither my doctor nor I had connected those dots! I particularly like the fact that she combines both a clinical and an integrative/functional perspective and has found a middle ground that is backed by hard science and her own experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend a consultation and health advice from Aletta. I have been in doubt for a long time regarding which supplements I should take. Aletta guides you completely through which supplements you need to take, based on the symptoms you are dealing with. It is very good to talk to her and she listens to you and explains well what is happening in your body based on the symptoms you list to her. I would say she has a lot of knowledge and experience. She also follows up very well and gets back to you quickly. She gave me a good plan to follow, both with diet and supplements. Would definitely recommend consulting with her!

Caroline shares up to date sciences findings, which is important to me; she also shares documents I can use and keep, to later on refer to if needed. Those dociments are on what she explained to me and helped me manage and stabilise my symptoms. after each session, I received a summary of what we had decided my next step would be Beyond her solid knowledge, Carolineis a lovely person, with whom it is very easy to communicate. I am so glad I have been working with her as it changes my daily life :)
