Couldn't have asked for a better experience with my wisdom teeth removal. As a nervous patient Mr Bhatti was the perfect surgeon, he put me at ease in his calm manner and clearly explained all aspects of the surgery and recovery.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well.
